OVERVIEW:
Working within Sportradars European Strategic Rights & Partnerships team the Rights & Partnerships Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the companys existing important allocated relationships and the acquisition of new as per Portfolio guidelines. The role demands a forwardthinking and commercially focused professional with good relationship building and account management skills as well as a deep level of understanding of coordinating and overseeing complex accounts. It requires the credibility and authority to process handle and resolve complex issues dealing with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
THE CHALLENGE:
- A unique opportunity to work with top tier accounts; to actively oversee manage and support relationships with your allocated accounts (e.g. Basketball Partners within Europe and Africa).
- Oversight of the Partner Product Roadmap working with internal stakeholders/teams to define track and execute this strategy
- Ensure workflows and tasks relating to your accounts are actioned in a timely and professional manner
- Working closely together with our sales administration technical project/platform and finance units to identify and extract all relevant information needed to analyze costs and revenues of the respective content and to create and update business plans.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelors degree in a related field (business marketing sports management) or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in the sports industry.
- An experienced and astute operator.
- A strong understanding of the basketball ecosystem particularly in relation to data and audiovisual content and how such content is commercialized.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- A high level of financial and commercial literacy with the ability to process and evaluate complex financial information to support sound business judgments.
- Strong organizational issueresolution decisionmaking and project management skills.
- Selfdriven with professional discipline and excellent followthrough.
- Capable of engaging with senior executives as well as operational teams effectively deploying facts finesse or force as required.
- Ability to successfully navigate Sportradars matrixed organizational structure while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to read people and situations and adapt personal style when necessary.
- Strong proficiency in all MS Office products.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
