As the Manager Strategic Change and Communications for Qantas Group Disruptions Transformation you will play a critical role in ensuring the Group is fully prepared to implement significant transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager Business Readiness you will be responsible for business readiness strategies that enable the organisation to embrace change mitigate risks and effectively transition initiatives into longterm operational capability. This role requires a strong focus on strategic planning communications and stakeholder engagement to ensure transformation initiatives are successfully embedded across the business.
Working within crossfunctional project teams you will drive collaboration across various stakeholders ensuring alignment on legal industrial relations risk and compliance requirements. You will standardise change management delivery processes challenge stakeholders to drive key outcomes and proactively develop policies that support transformation. Your ability to influence coordinate and manage change will be essential in achieving business readiness objectives and ensuring a seamless transition to postgolive operational stability.
