With a holistic and strategic view and pragmatic approach you will lead and deliver to the development of IKEA and lmhult applying your expertise knowledge and passion connected to the assignment. The aim with the assignment is to:
Make lmhult a platform for entrepreneurship and innovation.
Build a community of entrepreneurs.
Boost lmhult as a place where businesses (in particular connected to the home life at home design) can start grow and develop.
To succeed in this role you come with lots of passion about development of lmhult and IKEA in lmhult and its potential connected to the assignment. You lead the work to engage and attract the next generations of coworkers inhabitants and visitors. You have a positive attitude a solutionoriented mindset and a great ability to collaborate.
You have a strong drive being a selfstarter with a thinking ahead approach and get energized in working together involving and cocreating.
Furthermore your responsibilities will include:
Leading the development connected to the assignment lmhult the future of entrepreneurship.
Identifying planning and execution of projects and initiatives connected to the assignment in collaboration with relevant peers partners and stakeholders both within and outside the IKEA network.
Identifying building and utilizing relevant (internal and external) relationships connected to the assignment.
Analyzing business needs and acting on factbased opportunities to deliver value for the business and our identified target groups.
Coaching others in the development and execution of the projects.
Leading and contributing to relevant networks and stakeholder meetings/forum.
Finding improvement areas in ways of working.
Qualifications :
Business leadership and relevant experience and knowledge connected to the assignment lmhult the future of entrepreneurship.
Strong capability in building and sustaining trustful relationships with stakeholders business partners and peers both internal and external.
Broad knowledge of IKEA tools methods and processes and a true ambassador for IKEA as a brand and our culture and values.
Experience in project management and the process from brief to implementation and follow up.
Experience in change management and in leading and working in a processoriented environment.
Fluent in English and preferably understanding Swedish on conversation level.
