You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailIn this role you plan and execute the global social media operations and tactics for Inter IKEA Group. This includes aligned content and planning for longterm common content as well as enabling proactive social media opportunities strategic improvisation and supporting unplanned opportunities and requests to ensure the best possible outcome for the business whilst strengthening the IKEA brand perception.
The Corporate Social Media Partner collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that social media content and tactics are aligned across. You will work with the overarching SoMe planning and execution for all Inter IKEA Group external SoMe channels.
Part of the roles scope is to secure the IKEA franchisor principles and frames for the IKEA franchisees use of specific social media channels. The role also includes legal support on social media activities from a trademark perspective including ensuring compliance with brand guidelines regulations etc.
As a Corporate Social Media Partner you are also covering our social media analytics tool to measure the success of campaigns track KPIs and ensure solid followup summaries to relevant internal stakeholders. And to secure social media in crisis communication including identifying potential issues contributing to the crisis communication plans and communicating with stakeholders during and after situations when the IKEA Brand is being challenged.
Jobspecific capabilities:
Strong experience in working with both proactive and reactive global social media.
Advantage if you already have a good knowledge of the IKEA business model the IKEA Concept and the IKEA value chain
Strong knowledge of the media landscape the media logic and deep knowledge of social media.
Knowledge of social media monitoring
Experience in managing corporate brands social media channels to reach diverse target groups.
Updated on the latest trends on various social media platforms and able to lead engaging content creation.
Excellent capability to judge messaging for communication in global social media channels while ensuring consistency with the brands overall image and values.
Other qualifications:
Excellent communication and networking skills to build trustworthy and longlasting relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple tasks and projects in a fastpaced environment.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate social media opportunities and assess when its important to act or not act.
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines while navigating in a complex and fastchanging environment.
Ability to work independently and within a team collaborating and working in processes and interacting with different IKEA competences in the network.
Ambassador for IKEA values and IKEA culture.
Excellent written and oral communication skills (English) to create engaging and effective social media content always in the IKEA Tone of Voice.
Additional Information :
This role is fulltime (40 hours per week) temporary contract for 18 months based in Malm/lmhult.This role sits in the global Inter IKEA Media relations team and reports to the Team Manager.
