Job Description
About your tasks:
- Collaborate with Recruiters and HR Colleagues: Work hand in hand with our experienced team to learn the ins and outs of talent acquisition.
- Learn and Execute Recruitment Processes: Assist in executing and optimizing processes for recruiting new team members.
- Participate in Recruitment Software Implementation: Get involved in implementing and improving our recruitment software and tools.
- Candidate Interaction: Engage in candidatefacing activities ensuring a positive experience for all potential new hires.
- Work with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with hiring managers from different departments to understand their needs and assist in the recruitment process.
- Optimize Recruitment Strategies: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment strategies and practices.

Qualifications :
About you:
- Passion for HR topics especially Talent Acquisition: A keen interest in learning about and working in the field of recruitment and HR.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in german and english.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well with others.
- Proactive Attitude: Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to problemsolving and process improvement.
