Job Description
As a legal intern you will work as part of a small team to assist our businesses located all over Europe with commercial contract matters. Your tasks may include:
- Support in reviewing commercial contracts (e.g. NDAs Services Agreements);
- Support in drafting documents;
- Updating maintaining contracts database: input data process reports;
- Analyze existing contracts and record key terms in a contracts overview;
- Familiarize yourself with our laboratory information management system (ELIMs) document management module;
- Familiarize yourself with company processes procedures and policy documents.
Qualifications :
- Enrolled in a bachelor of laws or master of laws;
- Willingness to take on administrative tasks (such as inputting data into database);
- Excellent command of written & spoken English (other languages are a plus).
