Job Description
Opportunity:
A new opportunity has been created for a Senior Project Engineer due to a major multibillion dollar project win in Brisbane South as part of a winning JV.
Role in brief:
Leading a multidisciplinary team of competent and upcoming engineering start you will utilise your SPE skills acquired on significant projects with a major contractor to
- Managing and monitoring the completion of the project to ensure programme budget quality environmental and contractual obligations are achieved safely taking prompt corrective action where required
- Reviewing design and construction plans schedules temporary works designs method statements and job safety analysis
- Effectively assigning tasks to project team members to deliver the necessary outputs to agreed specifications.
- Monitoring KPIs and productivity analysis against programme and budget as well as undertaking other administrative duties as required
- Mentoring Project Site and Graduate Engineers
To be successful:
You will be a degreequalified Senior Project Engineer with a background in building construction and rail infrastructure to deliver multiple projects for Queensland Rail. QLD rail/civil/building construction experience is highregarded; however relocation from interstate can also be accommodated.
