Director 2 Healthcare Technology Management
Location: Zanesville Ohio

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing healthcare technology services and a comprehensive understanding of the operational aspects of medical equipment management. In collaboration with regional HTM leaders you will work to improve operational efficiency and drive client satisfaction ultimately contributing to better patient outcomes and the overall success of the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Implement policies and programs to deliver biomedical equipment and support while providing the highest quality services
Ensure the accuracy of inventory records
Collaborate with other leaders to plan and develop strategies related to medical equipment such as installation cybersecurity and technical support
Implement new technology to improve patient experience and outcome
Provide learning and professional development opportunities for your team
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience managing biomedical services in a large healthcare setting.
Indepth knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (CIHQ DNV JACHO).
Strong business acumen and decisionmaking skills particularly in budget management.
Experience leading highperforming teams with a focus on mentoring and developing both new and existing talent.
Executivelevel experience including interaction with Csuite leaders.
Position Summary:
Provides overall management and supervision of the assigned account assuming full responsibility for the accounts operational and fiscal performance and ensuring that the mission vision values and goals of Sodexo.

Basic Qualifications & Requirements:
Education Requirement Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
Management Experience 5 years
5 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of clinical devices.
Proven experience managing biomedical services in a large healthcare setting.
Proven experience managing healthcare technology services.
Indepth knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (CIHQ DNV JACHO).
Executivelevel experience including interaction with Csuite leaders.
A background in customer service is essential as the role involves ensuring high patient care standards and maintaining excellent client relations
MUST HAVE
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
5 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of clinical devices.
