- 5 years of experience in setup and operation of CNC equipment and manual machines such as mills lathes grinders etc.

Responsibilities
- Setup and operate CNC equipment to manufacture customerspecific metal parts
- Read and interpret blueprints job specifications and tolerances to ensure quality production
- Operate general machine shop equipment including Bridgeport mills lathes grinders and drill presses
- Assemble machined components including manifolds and chutes
- Maintain production schedules to meet ontime delivery requirements
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure parts meet required tolerances and customer expectations
- Follow all safety protocols ensuring proper machine operation and guarding at all times
- Document work order progress including quantities produced and any deviations
- Work on various equipment to complete multiple phases of the production process
- Crosstrain in machining and part assembly within the Change Parts department
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Proven experience in a machining role with a focus on safety and quality
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further technical education is a plus
Education Requirements Credential Category
- Technical degree or certification in machining or a related field preferred
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a machining environment
