Job Description
Product Analyst
Phoenix AZ (Hybrid)
Long Term Contract
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Product Management Lean Portfolio Management or Project Management with a proven record of accomplishment in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product roadmap.
- Bachelors degree in business administration Industrial Engineering Computer Science or Marketing is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry banking industry and associated products is a plus.
- Experience in Payments and/or Digital Banking is preferred but not required.
- Indepth knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies and lean processes.
- Proven record of accomplishment managing large complex products with multiple partners.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within the organization internally and externally.
- Ability to engage and influence technical and nontechnical teams in a global organization.
- Ability to predict and identify risks/opportunities from interdependencies of product deliveries.
- Excellent written & verbal communication.
- Problemsolving organizational and analytical skills.
