Job Description
Coordinate & schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers- Maintain candidaterelated MI
- Update the applicant tracking system
- Interact with candidates and share relevant information about the interview process & job description
- Coordinate inperson interviews from time to time
- Be involved in pre & post offer coordination
- Assist the candidate with queries on relocation / initiate relocation assistance and follow up with relevant travel teams
- Good and effective communication skills
- Relevant experience/ability to interact with senior candidates and stakeholders who could be based across regions
- Eye for detail
- Good excel skills
- Prior experience in using an applicant tracking system is good to have
