Reporting To: Business Unit Director (MSC)
Location: Aberdeen 3Days per week in the office.
Salary:Up to 80000 Depending on skills and experience
The Senior Tender Manager role reports to the Business Unit Director (MSC) and leads the development of proposals for the supply of the full range of Beams service lines often including integrated services and technology lead solutions. The role is responsible for ensuring that all tender submissions align with Beams commercial guidelines and strategic objectives contributing significantly to the companys growth and market presence.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the endtoend tendering process managing the work load of the MSC tender team supporting business development and sales teams in identifying growth opportunities and collaborating with executive leadership to define and achieve key performance targets. The Senior Tender Manager also plays a vital role in proposal development conducting indepth analysis of client requirements cost calculations and risk assessments. This role serves as a critical link between Beam and external stakeholders including subcontractors and partners to ensure effective collaboration during the tendering process.
The Senior Tendering Manager must be a team leader comfortable challenging others have great relationship building skills be a confident customer negotiator and have an unwavering drive to succeed.
