PRIMETALENT IS HIRING
We are hiring a Tire Center Manager in Congo Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
Train supervise and effectively manage team members to ensure excellent customer service
Propose strategies to management for attracting and retaining customers
Oversee the branchs financial services and well being
Follow up with customer service and sales teams
Manage employee labor relations
Stay informed about competitor market trends
Conduct inventory on a weekly basis and prepare financial reports
Qualifications :
Key Qualifications:
Technician / Mechanical degree
3 years of experience in managing garage or pneumatic service center
Fluent in French & English are a must
Age between 2845 years old
