The Senior Account Executive is responsible for managing highprofile clients and overseeing complex campaigns. This role involves providing strategic guidance ensuring seamless execution and driving client satisfaction while mentoring junior account staff.
The Senior Account Executive will ensure the daily correct information communication to all concerned colleagues face clients and report to the account manager in complex situations.
- Work following project/campaign plan and monitor milestones whilst creating an enjoyable work environment and keeping momentum going.
- Serve as the lead contact for assigned key accounts managing relationships and expectations.
- Participate in clients meetings to understand project requirements.
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on industry insights and performance data.
- Assist in focus group and brainstorming sessions for brief communication.
- Successfully deal with at least three to four different clients at one time in stressful situation.
- Oversee the planning execution and delivery of multiple campaigns ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Lead presentations and pitches to secure new business and upsell existing accounts.
- Ensure an ongoing quality control of all work that is submitted to clients.
- Manage budgets negotiate contracts and ensure profitability of projects.
- Monitor all stages of campaigns to guarantee that they run smoothly.
- Daytoday administration duties that will help to keep campaigns wellmanaged and organized.
- Be on top of the timing of every project to meet crucial deliverables deadlines.
- Review and analyze campaign performance preparing indepth reports with actionable insights.
- Address escalated client concerns and resolve issues proactively.
- Attend live events video shoots and client gatherings when needed.
- Undertake an analysis of a brands industry products and services to provide clients with the most effective solutions.
- Follow marketing trends and stay aware of the latest innovations in the field.
- Mentor and support Account Executives fostering their growth and skill development.
- Collaborate daily with creative team community management and media executives team to share clients feedback brainstorm concepts and followup on requirements.
- Adhere to all intouch policies procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Promote and maintain commitment to intouchs culture and spirit.

Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Digital Marketing Advertising Business Administration or any relevant field
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience (Digital marketer account executive)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in a creative agency or companys sales &marketing department
