Your Role
As a Planning & Purchase Specialist you will play a key role in ensuring efficient production planning and purchasing processes. You will collaborate closely with Production Warehouse and Sales teams to optimize operations and maintain highquality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Inventory Management
- Translate sales planning into a Master Production Plan.
- Work with forecasts to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage inventory logistics and production planning in collaboration with internal teams.
- Utilize and improve processes through LEAN management principles.
- Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 preferred).
Purchasing & Supplier Management
- Source and purchase technical components.
- Negotiate pricing delivery terms and order quantities.
- Establish and manage annual agreements with suppliers.
- Conduct benchmarking and improve procurement strategies.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and efficiency.
What Were Looking For
- HBOlevel education or equivalent work experience.
- Strong understanding of inventory management logistics and operational processes.
- Technical insight is a plus.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English both spoken and written.
