Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Draftsman to join our team at our Group. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of drafting principles and techniques as well as proficiency in industrystandard design software. Responsibilities will include creating technical drawings collaborating with engineers and architects and ensuring the accuracy and quality of all drafting work.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed technical drawings from sketches specifications and design concepts
- Use computeraided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D drawings
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to clarify design requirements and specifications
- Conduct site inspections and measurements to ensure accuracy in drawings
- Review and revise drawings to meet project specifications and industry standards
- Maintain a clean and wellorganized work area
- Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices related to drafting
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Drafting Engineering Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Draftsman
- Excellent proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD Revit and SolidWorks
- Strong knowledge of engineering drawing principles conventions and standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and design concepts
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
