Comprehensive understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM): In-depth knowledge of the principles and foundations of Building Information Modeling, especially in the structural domain.

Proficiency in using BIM-specific software: Experience in using modeling software such as Revit, Tekla Structures, and Navisworks to design and analyze structural models.
