- Manage all HR administration including but not limited to HR folder organisation record keeping updating employee folders HR inbox management and HRIS changes and updates
- Manage all on and off boarding of employees including contract generation IT & tech setup
- Employee milestone management across new starters anniversaries probation and contract end dates
- Own the development of HR standard operating procedures documentation forms and templates
- Provide administrative HR support to ensure payroll have accurate and on time employee information for payroll processes
- Maintain organisational charts for the various businesses and locations
- Provide administrative support in preparing reports presentations & HR metrics
- Work on and support HR projects as required
- Other duties as required
Qualifications :
- Proactive team player to support fastpaced HR team
- Proven problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong organisational skills to successfully prioritise competing deadlines
- Strong computer skills proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to manage shifting priorities
