Job Description
Ready to take charge of Amazon FBA operations Were looking for a proactive Account Manager who knows Seller Central inside and out and can drive account success from day one.
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Manage endtoend Amazon FBA & Seller Central operations (customer service account health etc.).
- Conduct daily listing audits to ensure accuracy and top performance.
- Respond to customer inquiries swiftly and professionally.
- Process refunds replacements and address negative feedback.
- Monitor account health resolving performance issues proactively.
- Identify and analyze negative reviews at the ASIN level.
- Troubleshoot stranded inventory to maximize sales.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- 2 years managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts.
- Strong grasp of SOPs & structured workflows.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis & reporting.
- Excellent communication & problemsolving abilities.
- Detailoriented with a knack for keeping listings in top shape.
- Familiarity with business & accounting principles (a plus).
- Availability to collaborate within team hours.
