Disruptions Test Manager

As the Disruptions Test Manager you will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of business testing across the disruptions program as well as related projects and continuous improvement within the portfolio. You will define and maintain the overall test strategy and framework ensuring high quality deliverables.

You will be responsible for providing testing advice recommendations and oversight for delivery across key areas:

• Test types integration functional end to end user acceptance (UAT) performance smoke production verification (PVT)
• Test coverage ensuring business acceptance criteria are met/exceeded.
• Test planning and execution management (including defect management release planning)
• Test Reporting & Feedback including defects and risks & issues; provide insights that enables continuous improvement to further uplift user experience and usability of solutions.

To be successful in this role you will champion quality assurance promoting and educating best practice. You will support engagements with operational stakeholders (Pilots Cabin Crew Airports Contact Centres) business stakeholders (Digital IT Customer) and external vendors via facilitation of workshops project management and creation of materials to ensure successful test outcomes for delivery.

Youll have

• 7 years of experience in manual and automated testing
• 5 years Test Management experience
• 5 years working in complex enterprise projects
• 5 years experience in project management (Agile Waterfall)
• Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems Computer Engineering or equivalent technical Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Project Management experience with focus on test planning execution and governance (including risk management vendor management)
• Extensive experience developing and implementing Test Strategies & Frameworks to programs of work
• Advanced knowledge and experience testing endtoend business process
• Intermediate experience:
  • Version controls tools such as Git Bitbucket CI/CD
  • Test automation tools such as Selenium Cypress NodeJS Cucumber
  • Cloud platforms such as Azure AWS
  • Working with & testing Communication channels email SMS push notification
  • Integrations API integrations
  • Platforms Web Mobile
• Test tooling expertise Jira Excel Confluence automated testing tools
• Exceptional stakeholder management communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced analytical and problemsolving experience and skills
• Confident in workshop facilitation presentation consulting and negotiation
• Advanced working knowledge and application of Agile methodology within a crossfunctional team for testing
