Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to join one a highly a highly reputable client focused on food production.
Salary: 40k
Hours: 7:30 to 4:30pm
Within 3 miles of North Cave HU15.
Travel: rear occasion international / national
Duties
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement
Analyse data to determine areas of weakness and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with production teams to establish quality control processes
Level 34 HACCP TACCP & VACCP qualifications
Manage a team of four
Experience
Proven experience in a quality management role
Strong analytical skills to analyse data and identify trends
Indepth knowledge of HACCP principles
Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
Ability to lead a team effectively in maintaining highquality standards
Desirable Qualifications
- Level 4 Food hygiene qualification.
- NEBOSH / IOSH qualification.
- Lead auditor qualifications
- Internal auditor qualifications
