About the job:

1. Rewards and Recognition:

  • Develop and implement global rewards and recognition programs that align with thecompanys values and goals in the beauty industry.
  • Conduct market research to ensure our compensation and benefits packages remaincompetitive and attractive within the beauty sector.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and execute creative recognition initiatives.

2. Performance Management:

  • Oversee the performance management process ensuring alignment with business
    objectives and the unique dynamics of the beauty industry.
  • Work closely with managers to establish performance expectations provide
    guidance on feedback and drive a performanceoriented culture.

3. People Analytics:

  • Utilize datadriven insights to inform strategic decisions related to talent
    management employee engagement and workforce planning.
  • Implement and manage analytics tools to measure key HR metrics and provide
    actionable recommendations.

4. HR Systems Implementation:

  • Master policies and Processes design & implementation globally across all the
    employee lifecycle (e.g. Employee/Manager Handbook Job description Recruiting
    hiring & On boarding position requisition performance management etc.)
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of HR systems (HiBob) to enhance
    efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR
    systems with other business processes.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in mastering Excel and the Microsoft Office 365 suite to
    enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Showcase experience in implementing HR systems internationally bringing a global
    perspective to system optimization.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in similar roles preferably within the beauty industry or fastpaced companies.
    • Experience as a Compensation & Benefits consultant for a major HR consulting firm is highly desirable.
    • Strong understanding of global rewards recognition and performance managementpractices.
    • Proven experience with HR systems implementation and optimization.
    • Experience with international payroll management
    • Mastery of Excel and proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
    • Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian and/or French is a plus.
    • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across diverse teams.
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
