Tasks
As our UX/UI Designer you will:
- Create exceptional user interfaces Design intuitive end pleasing UI solutions
- Develop highfidelity designs and prototypes Translate wireframes into stunning functional UI elements that enhance user experience.
- Design with purpose Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs for web and mobile applications that guide our development team
- Collaborate crossfunctionally Work closely with our product owner developers and marketers to make Marvia the bestinclass distributed marketing software.
- Usercentric approach Apply usercentered design and design thinking principles to craft exceptional digital products. Your keen eye for detail will transform good designs into great ones.
- Drive innovation Stay ahead of UX/UI trends tools and technologies to ensure our designs are fresh modern and effective.
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Experience 4 years in UX/UI design for B2B SaaS software with confidence in both UX and UI even if one is your primary focus.
- Analytical & Practical Ability to extract key insights filter out distractions and translate input into practical user flows.
- Technical Skills Proficiency with Figma and Miro is required. Bonus points for experience with templating guidelines or DAM tools
- Communicative & UserCentric Passion for design with the ability to work across multiple teams and manage diverse priorities.
- Thrive in an independent environment Youre a selfmotivated individual who can work independently and manage your time effectively to deliver highquality results.
- Communication Skills Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present design concepts with clarity.
- Product discovery Conduct user research interviews and usability testing to understand user needs.
- Education Bachelors or Masters degree.Language Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Dutch is a plus.
