Are you ready to make an impact Our expanding Marketing Team is looking for a talented Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team.
As an Affiliate Marketing Manager your key responsibility is to develop and execute an Affiliate Marketing Strategy and ensure it aligns with our overall business goals. Tasks
- Recruit new affiliates through research referrals and other avenues.
- Identify onboard and nurture relationships with new affiliates influencers and partners.
- Manage Affiliate Networks and scale our activity on these channels according to our goals.
- Monitor affiliate activity analyse performance identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to increase affiliategenerated revenues.
- Communicate and monitor compliance or brand guidelines in affiliate channels.
- Proactively monitor affiliate compliance with our program policies.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of affiliate platforms and tools.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build lasting partnerships.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English German is a plus.
- Proactive motivated and goaloriented with a strong drive to succeed and achieve results.

Please note: this is not a remote only position we offer you a flexible hybrid model here in Hamburg Germany working from home on Mondays & Fridays coming to the office on Tuesday Wednesday & Thursday! :)
