Position: Deployment Clerk
Schedule: Afternoons and Weekends
Location: London Ontario (On Site)
Under supervision the Deployment Clerk is a key member of the Sodexo team playing a critical role in the efficient operation of bed board management. As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the timely and efficient deployment of housekeeping staff to Victoria Hospital and University Hospital to manage the cleaning transfer and discharge cleaning of inpatient areas. This role involves managing bed board access and flow serving as a central resource for the organization and ensuring timely followup and completion of discharge cleaning.

What Youll Need to Succeed:
- At least 1 year of experience in bed board management within a hospital setting is considered an asset
- Completion of a postsecondary program in Administration or Medical Office Administration (minimum 1 year) is considered an asset
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to address needs effectively
- Welldeveloped keyboarding and computer skills including a minimum typing speed of 45 wpm with proficiency in Excel Word Outlook and Cerner Capacity Management
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Proven problemsolving skills with the capacity to thrive in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong skills in conflict resolution and managing challenging conversations
- A strong commitment to Health and Safety standards and adherence to policies legislation and best practices
