Scanning Clerk
Our client in the insurance industry is seeking a dedicated professional to support their document imaging and processing operations. This role involves scanning and categorizing health and dental claims ensuring accurate entry into internal systems while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business units across wealth management and insurance.

Hourly salary of $17.20.
3month contract with a strong possibility of extension based on performance.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Responsibilities:
Open prepare and sort incoming mail for digital imaging and processing.
Analyze document content to determine the appropriate business unit.
Apply tracking methodologies for specific mail streams and processes.
Perform document scanning using highspeed scanners.
Monitor workflow queues and troubleshoot imaging issues as needed.
What you will need to succeed:
High school diploma required.
1 to 2 years of previous customer service or administrative experience.
Proficiency in MS Office and strong PC skills.
Techsavvy with the ability to quickly learn internal systems.
Experience operating office equipment and troubleshooting minor hardware/software issues (1 years) (preferred).
Knowledge of business unit document types (preferred).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Critical attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent customer service skills.
Physical ability to lift scanned boxes weighing approximately 2030 lbs.
