We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Field Sales Leader to join our organisation in Bratislava Slovakia. As a key member of our sales leadership team you will be responsible for driving sales growth developing and implementing sales strategies and leading a highperforming field sales team.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the assigned territory
- Build lead motivate and mentor a team of field sales representatives to maximise their performance and productivity
- Analyse market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and support
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Conduct regular field visits to support the team and engage with customers directly
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics providing regular reports and insights to senior management
- Forecast sales revenue and adjust strategies as needed to meet organisational goals
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance the companys market presence
Qualifications :
- Proven track record of success in field sales leadership roles with a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Extensive experience in managing and developing highperforming sales teams
- Strong understanding of sales strategies forecasting and performance metrics
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced negotiation and closing skills
- Outstanding presentation and public speaking abilities
- Indepth knowledge of the local market in Bratislava and surrounding regions
- Understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape
- Fluency in Slovak and English
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region
