Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Field Sales Leader to join our organisation in Bratislava Slovakia. As a key member of our sales leadership team you will be responsible for driving sales growth developing and implementing sales strategies and leading a highperforming field sales team.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the assigned territory
  • Build lead motivate and mentor a team of field sales representatives to maximise their performance and productivity
  • Analyse market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and support
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular field visits to support the team and engage with customers directly
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics providing regular reports and insights to senior management
  • Forecast sales revenue and adjust strategies as needed to meet organisational goals
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance the companys market presence

Qualifications :

  • Proven track record of success in field sales leadership roles with a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Extensive experience in managing and developing highperforming sales teams
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies forecasting and performance metrics
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced negotiation and closing skills
  • Outstanding presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Indepth knowledge of the local market in Bratislava and surrounding regions
  • Understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Fluency in Slovak and English
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region
