Manufacturing Engineer
Highlights:
Location: Phoenix AZ
Position Type: direct hire
Hourly / Salary: based on experience

Position Description:
Candidates must be hard working and driven orientated individuals with elevated attention to detail and strong work ethic. Must demonstrate time management excellent computer skills and planning organizational skills. Display great communication skills with customers and fellow co workers in a fastpaced environment.

Position Description:

Position Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed work instruction (MOT’s) Setup sheets and process plans.
- Development and verification of machining process for complex fabrications including work holding fixtures cutting tools gages etc.
- Supports all continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Provides process improvement expertise and ability to Identify root cause of manufacturing/quality issues.
- Perform drawing reviews for product manufacturability
- Develop Routers and work instructions
Experience Required:
- 3 – 5 Years’ experience in Aerospace Sheet Metal Fabrication Welding Forming Machining and processing.
- 2 years of Development machining process for complex fabrications including work holding fixtures cutting tools gages etc.
- 3 years working with Equipment such as brake presses CNC punching laser cutting machines Hydro form CNC Lathes CNC Mills and Weld.
- CAD Software experience is required. CAD (Solidworks) and CAM (Mastercam) is a plus
- Extensive aerospace manufacturing experience with highly complex designs and materials and OEM familiarity desired
- Education / Certifications: Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years or equivalent combination of education and experience
