Job Description
WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
We are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist individuals with disabilities; behavioral or medical complexities in our residential programs!
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will support our persons served with activities that focus on increasing their independence. As a Direct Support Professional you will work with the person served to provide coaching supervision and role modeling life skills. The job may also include transportation medication administration meal preparation /or and assistance with personal cares.
Qualifications :
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous experience working with persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
- Valid Drivers License auto insurance and consistent access to a vehicle is required
Successful candidates will be required to meet all Oregon State Department of Human Services requirements
