Job Description
Job Summary
The Maintenance Helper assists with various maintenance job duties at CMIs customer site in Menlo Park CA.
- Assist in a wide range of crafts and trades as assigned.
- Assist highergraded employees in the operation maintenance and repair of a wide variety of mechanical and building systems.
- Assist with maintenance and repair of vacuum oil and water pumps; bearings belts temperature control valves; steam traps; and electrical systems.
- Assist with performing regular preventative maintenance activities including changing filters lubrication cleaning inspection for wear lamp replacement and other related tasks.
- Assist with repair of equipment refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma
- Must be willing to come in nights and weekends to make or assist in emergency repairs if needed
