Your opportunity
Our specialist Trusts & Estates team has a new opportunity for an adviser at Senior Manager level.
How youll make a difference
You will be responsible for a portfolio of offshore and onshore trusts acting as the trustees primary point of contact.
You will work closely with Directors and Partners on ad hoc trust structuring IHT planning estate/succession advice establishment and winding up of trusts.
In addition you will oversee the preparation and review of trust/estate accounts and tax returns prepared by junior members of the team.
The successful candidate is likely to be STEP qualified (potentially also CTA) and will certainly have demonstrable experience of advising on trust taxation IHT and estate planning matters.

You will:
- Commit to the success of your team the wider Tax & Private Client team and BKLs growth
- Have experience within a professional services firm
- Understanding of BKLs values and ethos
- Use excellent communication skills when liaising with senior colleagues and clients
- Balance high levels of initiative and selfmotivation with close collaboration
- Have bold focused and efficient approach to getting things done and managing competing tasks under pressure
- Foster strong interpersonal skills demonstrating professionalism in all you do
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have flexibility to work outside normal office hours as required from time to time
