Position Overview:
In the role of AzerbaijaniSpeaking Customer Support Specialist youll be the primary contact for our Azerbaijanispeaking customers delivering excellent assistance. Your duties will involve handling inquiries resolving concerns offering product information and ensuring customer satisfaction. While previous customer service experience is a plus we value candidates who are eager to learn and have a customerfocused mindset. This is an onsite position based in Sofia Bulgaria and the company will provide all the necessary resources to help you succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Handle inquiries from Azerbaijanispeaking clients through phone email or inperson offering detailed information about products services and policies.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns promptly and professionally ensuring positive outcomes and swift issue resolution.
- Product Expertise: Stay updated on product offerings to provide accurate and helpful information to customers aiding them in making informed choices.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside sales logistics and technical teams to ensure smooth service and resolve customerrelated issues.
- Documentation: Record all customer interactions in the companys system maintaining accurate notes for future reference and followup.
- Process Improvement: Identify ways to enhance customer service processes and contribute to improvements within the support department.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to assist in refining products and services ensuring customer needs are met.
Required Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Nativelevel Azerbaijani and B2 English proficiency with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both languages.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not required. We seek motivated adaptable and customeroriented candidates.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills capable of interacting effectively with both customers and internal teams.
- ProblemSolving: Ability to address and resolve customer issues calmly and efficiently ensuring satisfaction.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with customer service tools and CRM systems is a bonus. Training will be provided.
- TeamOriented: Collaboration with other departments is key so the ability to work well with others and contribute to team goals is essential.
- Attention to Detail: Careful attention to detail when handling customer requests and updating records ensuring accurate information is provided.
