Who You Are
You are someone who thrives in handson fieldbased work and enjoys variety in your daytoday tasks. You are comfortable with traveling at least 50% of the time working remotely when needed and visiting client sites to support multiple projects. You have a strong technical mindset a willingness to learn and the ability to problemsolve on the go. If you enjoy working in dynamic environments and collaborating with engineers contractors and project teams this role is for you.
What Youll Be Doing
- Assist engineers with fieldwork inspections testing and troubleshooting for various engineering projects.
- Travel to client sites to provide handson technical support ensuring project specifications and quality standards are met.
- Perform equipment setup calibration and maintenance ensuring proper functionality on job sites.
- Collect and document technical data perform measurements and report findings to project teams.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously adapting to different work environments and client needs.
- Review engineering drawings specifications and project documents to ensure accuracy in execution.
- Communicate effectively with engineers clients and contractors to coordinate work and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations company protocols and industry standards on all job sites.
What We Need From You
- High school diploma or GED (technical degree or some college preferred).
- 2 years of experience in an engineering technician field technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical electrical or civil engineering knowledge with handson experience.
- Ability to read blueprints schematics and technical manuals.
- Comfortable working independently and traveling frequently to project sites.
- Strong problemsolving skills with a detailoriented and proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse project teams.
- Proficiency with technical tools testing equipment and software relevant to the field.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with construction infrastructure or industrial projects.
- Familiarity with engineering software and data collection tools.
- Certifications in safety training equipment operation or industry standards.

Job Type: Fulltime
