Job Description

Were seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in Marketing Automation to join our Digital Marketing team in Milan!

As our Marketing Automation Specialist youll be at the forefront of our marketing technology initiatives crafting and executing sophisticated automation strategies that engage our audience and drive results. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with stateoftheart tools and collaborate with diverse teams across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

    • Marketing Automation Mastery: Lead the execution of marketing automation activities using Salesforce Marketing Cloud including advanced segmentation A/B testing and multichannel content distribution (email SMS WhatsApp).
    • Performance Optimization: Continuously evaluate campaign performance against key benchmarks driving constant improvement in our marketing efforts.
    • Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with our SFDC team to integrate marketing automation with our CRM and other key technologies.
    • Campaign Strategy: Partner with various marketing teams to conceptualize and develop targeted campaigns providing regular insights and progress updates.
    • Content Creation: Contribute to editorial planning and create engaging newsletters for our subscriber base.
    • Lead Management: Implement and optimize essential Salesforce marketing operations including lead lifecycle management scoring nurturing and data enrichment.
    • Web Development: Create highconverting landing pages and web forms using our Drupal CMS.
    • Innovation Leadership: Collaborate with our international team to evolve our marketing platforms proactively implementing industry best practices and cuttingedge strategies.

    Qualifications :

    Education

    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Communication Sciences Economics and Marketing Business Communication or Public Relations.

    Experience & Skills

    • Proven track record in managing digital marketing and marketing automation campaigns in B2B and B2C environments.
    • Experience working in structured corporate entities or specialized marketing agencies.
    • Strong foundation in digital marketing techniques and tools (e.g. Google Analytics 4 Google Ads Meta Business Manager).
    • Expertlevel knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud HubSpot Microsoft Dynamics 365).
    • Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g. Drupal WordPress Joomla).
    • Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills.
    • Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
