ECommerce Customer Service & Content Specialist (Social Media & Video Editing)
Location: Remote (Preferably Philippines or LATAM)
Job Type: FullTime Preferred availability during U.S. business hours (early morning shifts in the Philippines/LATAM). 11am7pm EST for most shifts Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $1000 $1500 per month performance bonuses (potential for additional 2035 over base salary)
About Us: We are a fastgrowing ecommerce company specializing in innovative wellness products including therapeutic mouth tape designed to improve sleep quality and reduce snoring with a goal to scale over the next year by enhancing our marketing customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic creative and organized professional who can manage customer interactions create engaging content edit video materials and coordinate influencer collaborations. The ideal candidate will be proactive able to take ownership of various tasks and contribute to the brand's growth by enhancing our customer experience and online presence. Candidates are required to present a portfolio of video content they have created. Additionally you may be provided with usergenerated content (UGC) to edit.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Management:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email chat and social media.
- Resolve order issues process refunds and provide general support. Including subscription orders and cancellations
- Maintain a positive and professional brand voice in all interactions.
- Reply engage and manage product reviews
- Utilize AI tools to optimize all activities
Social Media Content Creation & Management:
- Develop and execute a content calendar for social media platforms.
- Create and post engaging content including captions graphics and reels.
- Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage customer messages and DM inquiries on TikTok and Meta
Video Editing & Content Repurposing:
- Edit video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Repurpose longform content into bitesized engaging clips.
- Ensure videos align with brand aesthetics and messaging.
Influencer & UGC Coordination:
- Identify and engage with influencers/creators for partnerships.
- Coordinate usergenerated content (UGC) initiatives.
- Build relationships to grow the brand’s presence in the wellness market.
- Content Planning & Scheduling:
- Develop a forwardlooking content strategy.
- Schedule posts in advance to ensure a consistent online presence.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
- Utilize AI tools to generate blog posts
- Help with scheduling and building email campaigns
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in customer service and social media management.
- Strong video editing skills using tools like CapCut Adobe Premiere or similar.
- Ability to write engaging social media captions and manage content calendars.
- Familiarity with ecommerce particularly in the wellness or lifestyle space.
- Experience coordinating with influencers and UGC creators.
- Selfmotivated highly organized and able to work independently.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience working with U.S. ecommerce brands is a plus.
Tech Stack (Preferred but Not Required):
- Shopify Klaviyo Gmail or similar customer support platforms.
- Canva Adobe Suite or other graphic/video editing tools.
- Social media scheduling tools like Later or Buffer.
