We seek a highly skilled and motivated Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team in Brazil. This role drives customer success by bridging technical expertise with business requirements supporting the sales process with tailored Proofs of Concept (POC) and leveraging retail industry insights to design impactful solutions. The ideal candidate will have handson experience in retail operations such as planning or logistics management and a strong background in SaaS or cloudbased technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify qualify and understand customer requirements.
- Lead the technical aspect of the sales process by designing and executing tailored Proof of Concept (POC) projects that demonstrate the value of our retail optimization platform.
- Deliver engaging and impactful technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Analyze customer business processes and challenges to design innovative solutions using our SaaS/Cloud offerings.
- Serve as the technical expert during the sales cycle addressing client concerns and ensuring alignment between customer needs and product capabilities.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals respond to RFPs and support the sales team in building client confidence.
- Provide training and onboarding for new customers ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of the platform.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients leveraging retail expertise to enhance solution design and business outcomes.
- Provide actionable feedback to product and engineering teams to drive improvements based on customer insights and evolving industry trends.
- Stay up to date with market trends competitor offerings and emerging technologies in SaaS cloud solutions and retail operations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a PreSales Engineer Solutions Architect or similar SaaS/Cloud technologies role.
- Proven ability to design and execute POC projects that showcase value and drive customer decisions.
- Handson experience in retail operations such as planning inventory management or logistics with an understanding of business challenges and workflows.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for nontechnical stakeholders.
- Excellent problemsolving and criticalthinking abilities especially in highpressure scenarios.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and participate in industry events as needed.
