Customer Service German Market
Location: Barcelona Spain
Employment Type: FullTime
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Germanspeaking Customer Service Specialist to support clients in the German market. You will serve as the first point of contact delivering excellent service and resolving inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email or chat.
- Resolve issues related to accounts transactions or services in a timely manner.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve escalated issues.
Qualifications:
- Nativelevel German and fluency in English.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Strong problemsolving and interpersonal skills.
