If you have a knack for hospitality and love meeting new people our Restaurant Guest Relations role might just be your dream job! Tasks
- Welcome guests to the restaurant and ensure they have a pleasant dining experience.
- Handle reservations and manage seating arrangements to optimize the guest flow.
- Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Assist in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere by maintaining cleanliness and ambiance.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests effectively.
- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar guest relations role is preferred.
- Strong problemsolving abilities to handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus. (mandatory)
