Job Description
AECOM Hunt has an immediate need for an experienced Project Information Specialist for our ongoing project in San Clemente CA.
- Under general direction applies advanced skills to the position.
- Resolves problems using advanced techniques and procedures.
- Ability to plan organize and complete assigned tasks.
- Maintains and organizes engineering documentation on an enterprise content management system which includes identification and generation of reports.
- May be responsible for leading a departmental process as assigned by management.
- May orient train assign and check the work of lowerlevel employees.

Qualifications :
Minimum Requirement:
- BA/BS and 4 years of relevant experience or AA/AS and 6 years of relevant experience or HSD/GED and 6 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Requirements:
- 6 years of experience in the field of Information Project Management.
- Construction Document Control experience.
- Experience with SONGS Aconex document management system.
- Experience with vendor documentation subcontractor invoices and jobrelated correspondence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook Teams).
