As an Experience Leader youll be the driving force behind delivering extraordinary moments for our guests visitors and staff. Youll bring the locations concept to life and ensure were always aligned with our mission to create vibrant memorable experiences. If youre excited about managing events engaging with diverse people and leading a team this role is perfect for you!
What will you be doing
- Lead and coordinate exciting events activities and experiences for guests at our location.
- Promote and drive sales for our CoWork Retail Tours Surf Spa and wellness offerings.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by engaging with each guest offering upgrades and guaranteeing 100% satisfaction.
- Collaborate with teams across departments to coordinate communication and implement action plans.
- Host and execute arts learning wellness music and impact programs.
- Manage guest communication via Whatsapp and keep the conversation flowing.
- Ensure the brands standards are upheld and work closely with the Country Experience Manager for seamless execution.
What do we need from you
- Experience in hospitality PR branding or marketing.
- Strong background in multiproject management and event production.
- Passion for customer service and creating amazing experiences.
- Excellent time management creativity and communication skills.
- Ability to work and collaborate across multiple departments and locations.
- Fluent in English and the local language.
