Job Summary:
As a Remote Russian Customer Service Translator you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between our Russianspeaking customers and our company. Your main responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries provide exceptional support and translate communications when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email chat or phone in Russian and English.
- Translate customer feedback and communications accurately between Russian and English.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure highquality customer service by addressing complaints and providing solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in our systems.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Russian and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service translation or related fields is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work remotely and maintain a reliable internet connection.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with customer service software is advantageous.
