Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished Project Director to lead the planning execution and successful delivery of multiple largescale infrastructure facilities and servicerelated projects across various industrial cities in Saudi Arabia. This role demands a proven leader with a solid track record in managing complex projects within the construction and engineering sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clear leadership and strategic direction to project teams fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Oversee all project activities to ensure timelines quality standards and client expectations are met.
- Establish and maintain strong communication channels with clients stakeholders and internal teams to align goals and resolve issues effectively.
- Build and inspire highperforming teams cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop detailed project plans covering scope schedules budgets and risk management strategies to ensure efficient execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and meet the highest quality standards.
- Supervise the procurement and allocation of materials equipment and personnel optimizing resources for maximum efficiency.
- Implement and enforce robust HSE protocols and QA/QC measures conducting regular site inspections.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and industry standards preparing comprehensive progress reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead recruitment training and mentorship initiatives to strengthen the capabilities of the project team.
- Evaluate team performance and provide actionable feedback to drive growth and productivity.
- Foster a collaborative resultsdriven team environment that supports innovation and problemsolving.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 18 years of experience in construction and project management with a proven history of delivering largescale complex projects.
- Exceptional leadership communication and stakeholder management abilities; adept at problemsolving and decisionmaking under pressure.
- Strong command of project management tools and software.
- PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.
