Job Description:
The Data Science Director (L6) is responsible for developing strategies that enhance revenues or services reduce costs and manage risks. This role involves close collaboration with customers business owners and senior executives to drive strategic outcomes and successful deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of data scientists and analysts to develop and implement datadriven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experience.
- Design and implement advanced analytical models and deploy machine learning algorithms.
- Utilize data visualization tools to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Assist project teams with planning and estimating projects while providing consultation on complex problems requiring advanced problemsolving skills and domain expertise.
- Manage multiple teams across different projects and ensure successful fulfillment of deliverables.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and leverage new opportunities for datadriven decisionmaking.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data science to drive innovation.
- Ensure a deep understanding of the payment industry and its datarelated challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in managing data science teams and largescale projects.
- Expertise in advanced analytics machine learning and data visualization.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to address complex business challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with senior executives and business stakeholders.
- Experience working within the payment industry is highly desirable.
