Job Description

TrisianGlobal Consulting LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Business Analyst for an onsite position in the Memphis area.

The Information Technology (IT) Business Analyst acts as a bridge between the business and IT teams ensuring that technology solutions align with business needs and objectives.   • Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMIPBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus
  • Familiarity with ERP systems CRM tools or data analytics platforms is advantageous
  • Strong understanding of database structures data modeling and data warehousing concepts
  • Proficient in SQL and experience with data querying and reporting tools such as Tableau Power BI or QlikView
  • Experience with business process mapping and documentation
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights
