The Role
As part of the Private Wealth Management Asia Project Management Team the Client Facing Technology Business Analyst will contribute to driving digital transformation and enhancing clientfacing platforms. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders including technology operations and compliance teams to deliver innovative solutions for Ultra High Net Worth clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting product owners to scope analyze and document business requirements.
- Performing business analysis defining workflows and recommending process improvements.
- Managing endtoend project tasks including feasibility studies user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation support.
- Developing project timelines and ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Preparing project communication materials and facilitating working groups.
- Evaluating postimplementation project performance and addressing any production issues.
The Requirements
- A university degree in business finance IT or related disciplines.
- Experience in project management and business analysis preferably in financial services or wealth management.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on digital solutions.
- Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Chinese (including Putonghua) is a plus.
- A detailoriented selfmotivated professional with a proactive approach and passion for excellence.
