Responsibilities:
- Manage internal accounts including account creation closure and the optimization of the accountstructure to streamline the existing system.
- Approve and execute daily fund transfers and management activities while driving the continuousoptimization and automation of related processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide financial support for daytoday operations.
- Assist in data consolidation and analysis ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure smooth monthend closing processes and the timelypreparation of financial reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field or professional accounting certifications (e.g. CPA ).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office especially Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail with excellent analytical skill.
- Strong problemsolving abilities.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the Crypto or Fintech industry is a plus.
- Proficiency inChinese and English is essential.
