Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Remote (PST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 2100 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PST) with flexibility requiring 8 hours of work per day.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join a growing fire protection company. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects in construction or fire protection with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment. The role involves coordinating with clients engineering teams and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation and coordinate with clients to define project objectives requirements and deliverables.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures ensuring financial accountability and adherence to budgetary constraints. Prepare and submit cost estimates and budget forecasts to upper management.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work performed meets industry standards and complies with local state and federal regulations. Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner and providing regular updates on project status milestones and changes to scope or timelines.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address and resolve issues during the project to minimize disruptions to timelines and client satisfaction.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain clear documentation and reports of project progress budgets and changes and submit timely reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in project management preferably in the construction or fire protection industries.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management software such as Monday.com Procore or Project365.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attributes: Ability to manage multiple projects prioritize tasks and work efficiently in an agile environment.
- Education: PMI knowledge or certification is a plus.
