Job Description

Summary:
The Supply Chain Program Manager leads all aspects of the supply chain acquisition process from proposal development through program execution ensuring alignment with business and customer objectives. This role involves managing supplier relationships optimizing supply chain performance and driving improvements in cost schedule and quality. Leadership and expertise in project management crossfunctional collaboration and compliance are critical to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the supply chain acquisition process from proposals to program execution ensuring ontime delivery and costeffectiveness.
  • Analyze markets and implement strategic sourcing to align with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships to achieve program customer and corporate objectives.
  • Oversee budgets forecasts and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) status reporting.
  • Manage crossfunctional relationships to integrate supply chain processes into program development.
  • Lead and develop a diverse team of supply chain professionals focusing on engagement and talent retention.
  • Drive supply chain transformation projects identifying pain points and implementing process improvements.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts including subcontracts NDAs and teaming agreements.
  • Monitor supplier capacity and capabilities ensuring material flow and inventory optimization.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree with 12 years of related experience or Graduate Degree with 10 years of related experience (or 16 years in lieu of a degree).
  • Expertise in managing complex subcontracts and compliance with FAR/DFAR regulations.
  • Proficiency in contract types such as FFP FPIF T&M Labor Hour and CostPlus.
  • Strong project management negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma and managing budgets sales forecasting and performance reporting.
  • TS/SCI or DoD Secret clearance preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
