Job Description
Education:
o Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
o PMP certification is required. Scrum Master certifications is a plus.
o Over 10 years of project and product management experience in healthcare IT.
o Experience in data migration and system integrations due to mergers/acquisitions.
o Successful execution of largescale projects in diverse healthcare environments such as hospitals and clinics.
o Expertise in agile methodologies and system development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
o Proficient in tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Project Plan.
o Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Google Cloud) data interfaces (HL7) and healthcarespecific applications like EHR PACS and Lab systems.
o Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
o Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams across geographically distributed locations.
