Trojan Roofing is Hiring a Sales Manager!
Trojan Roofing a rapidly growing leader in the exterior restoration industry is looking for a Sales Manager to help homeowners navigate the insurance claims process for roofing siding and gutter replacements caused by wind and hail damage.
As a Sales Manager you will work closely with insurance adjusters to ensure homeowners receive proper claim approvals. Additionally you will mentor and train sales representatives helping them improve their skills and close more deals. Rather than spending time on lead generation you will focus on developing a highperforming sales team alongside the Branch Manager.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Meet with insurance adjusters to advocate for homeowners and secure claim approvals
- Convert preset appointments into signed contracts
- Train and mentor new sales reps both in the field and through structured training programs
- Oversee and optimize sales performance within your assigned territory
- Ensure sales reps meet performance goals and activity benchmarks
- Review scopes of work and contracts with homeowners ensuring clear expectations
- Maintain organized records in our CRM system and manage your pipeline effectively
- Obtain referrals from satisfied customers and leverage networking opportunities
- Follow Trojan Roofing s structured sales system ensuring compliance with company standards
- Identify and close new sales opportunities through personal prospecting
- Conduct exterior property inspections for storm damage and educate homeowners on their options
- Establish trust with homeowners by providing transparent and professional service
- Collaborate closely with the Branch Manager and office staff to maintain seamless communication
- Lead and participate in weekly sales meetings with your team
- Stay committed to personal growth and career development by hitting professional milestones
What You Bring to the Table:
- 12 years of leadership experience in sales training or team supervision (preferred)
- Prior sales experience in a closing role (preferred but not required)
- Background in storm restoration or home improvement sales (strongly preferred)
- Reliable vehicle (10 years or newer with full insurance coverage)
- Selfmotivated and independent must be able to thrive without constant oversight
- Techsavvy must own or obtain a smartphone capable of downloading apps and capturing photos
- Valid driver s license in any U.S. state
- Experience using a CRM system (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with a structured sales process and ability to follow a proven system

Responsibilities for Outside Sales Representatives: Ambitious Sales Approach: Actively seek out, assess, and close new sales opportunities through door-to-door canvassing, customer referrals, preset appointments, and outreach via networking and social media. Territory Management: Maximize and effectively manage assigned sales territories for optimal reach. Exterior Inspections: Conduct thorough property inspections to identify signs of wind or hail damage. Claims Conversion: Transition property inspections into insurance claims and signed contracts. Contract Review and Signing: Walk homeowners through the scope of work and secure contract agreements. Insurance Adjuster Coordination: Meet with insurance adjusters on-site to facilitate claims processing. Payment Collection: Collect deductible and other payments directly from homeowners. Customer Referrals: Cultivate client relationships to encourage referrals and network expansion. Trust-Building: Establish strong connections with homeowners by exceeding expectations and delivering on promises. Customer Education: Inform clients about industry standards, available products, and our company's procedures. Sales Pipeline Management: Efficiently track and manage sales leads and opportunities using our CRM. Ongoing Communication: Maintain consistent contact with Sales Leadership, clients, and office personnel. Sales Meetings: Regularly attend weekly sales meetings, staying informed and aligned with team goals. Sales Process Adherence: Follow our structured sales system, policies, and procedures to ensure a consistent approach.
